The New sim.zip: a Simpler Design and Three Clicks to Your eSIM
We have rebuilt sim.zip from the ground up. The old store worked, but buying an eSIM should feel as light as the thing itself — so the new site strips away everything that stood between you and being online in another country. Less clutter, instant pages, and a checkout that is genuinely three clicks.
Three clicks from landing to eSIM
- 1. Pick a destination. Type a country into the search on the homepage, or browse the grid — 200+ destinations, each with its plans and the networks they run on.
- 2. Pick a plan. Every plan shows its size, validity and price up front. Prices are the same number in USD, GBP and EUR — converted 1:1, so you always pay the lower equivalent and never need a currency calculator.
- 3. Pay. Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, right on the page. No account, no password — just the email your eSIM should go to.
The QR code lands in your inbox within seconds, and your order page shows the eSIM being set up live — install it with one scan and you are done before the kettle boils.
Designed to get out of your way
Every destination now has its own page, and so does every plan — so the link a friend sends you lands exactly on the package they meant. The order page tracks delivery in real time, your eSIMs live in one place if you do choose to sign in (an email code, never a password), and the whole site has a proper dark mode.
And it is fast — measurably
We did not just want the store to look lighter; we tuned it until the numbers agreed. The homepage now scores 100 for performance on Google PageSpeed on mobile: it paints in about a second on a phone, and nothing jumps around while it loads.
Off somewhere soon? Pick your destination — you are three clicks away.
